The platform provides access to ride-hailing and delivery services, requiring users to be legally eligible and provide accurate information. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of laws and policies may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, restriction, or termination, subject to the platform’s discretion at all times.
The platform enables real-time matching between users and independent drivers for ride-hailing and deliveries. It does not own vehicles or employ drivers, acting as a technology intermediary to optimize bookings, route tracking, pricing visibility, and service fulfillment, providing a seamless, efficient, and reliable user experience consistently.
Users must act respectfully, follow all applicable laws, and ensure safety during service usage. Accurate pickup information, timely availability, and proper conduct are mandatory. Harassment, abuse, illegal actions, or property damage are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in enforcement actions by the platform’s management promptly.
All drivers operating on Cab Quik are independent service providers, not employees, agents, or representatives. We do not control driver schedules or service methods. Drivers are fully responsible for licenses, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and regulatory compliance while ensuring safe, reliable, and lawful service for users consistently at all times.
Service pricing is dynamically calculated based on distance, demand, and operational factors. Users agree to pay applicable fares, taxes, and service fees displayed before confirmation. Payments can be processed through cash or digital channels, depending on availability, system functionality, and regional restrictions, ensuring transparency and accuracy for each transaction.
Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. The platform disclaims liability for delays, losses, or damages arising from driver actions or unforeseen events. Users acknowledge inherent transportation risks and agree that responsibility is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable U.S. laws and regulatory requirements consistently.
Cab Quik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, operational risks, or security concerns. Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
